The deployment steps
1. Start with a demo
WhosOn is more expansive than your average live chat solution. So, we recommend starting with a demo before downloading the product. This allows us to personalise your chat journey and help you get the most from WhosOn.
2. Download a free trial
Your trial lasts for 30 days. You can download the standard cloud edition, or we can set you up with an on-premises deployment. If you need access to any add-ons, let us know and we’ll roll those into your trial too.
3. Choose a purchase path
When you buy WhosOn following your trial, your existing setup is retained. So, all you have to do is choose how you want to pay (monthly or perpetual) and how many user licences you need.
